LOGOS hands over strategically located, 102,000+sqm Wujiang FOHO E-commerce Hub Logistics Center to LF Logistics

乐歌集团向利丰供应链交付超102,000平方米枢纽园区 – 吴江电子商务产业园

The Asia Pacific logistics property specialist, LOGOS is pleased to hand over the recently completed Wujiang FOHO E-commerce Hub Logistics Center to LF Logistics, a leading logistics services provider. LF Logistics signed a 10-year pre-commitment for the well-located, three storey, 102,197sqm facility in 2019.

作为亚太区全方位的产业地产专家,乐歌集团非常高兴地将新落成的吴江电子商务产业园交付给利丰供应链入驻。园区为三层式建筑,地理位置优越。利丰供应链是一家领先的物流服务供应商,2019年与乐歌集团签订了吴江产业园为期10年的预租合约,租赁面积为102,197平方米。

LOGOS acquired the Wujiang site in late 2017 and began construction of the three-storey ramped facility in May 2018. During the construction process, LOGOS worked closely with LF Logistics to accommodate its requirements including a staged, early access, regime enabling LF Logistics to safely fit-out the facility to meet its customers’ demanding timelines.

乐歌于2017年底收购吴江地块,并于2018年5月动工建造这项三层坡道式的物流仓储设施。施工期间,乐歌与利丰供应链密切合作,充分满足利丰供应链在不同阶段的需求,如提前入库等,以确保利丰供应链安全进场,满足其客户对时间进度的要求。

The building will become LF Logistics’ nationwide fulfillment centre to satisfy the evolving requirements of its customers across the region. The building features sustainability initiatives such as LED energy-saving lamps and recycled rainwater and is aiming to receive a LEED Silver certification.

乐歌吴江电子商务产业园将成为利丰供应链在全国范围内的物流配送中心,满足其跨地区客户不断发展的需求。园区以获得LEED银奖认证为目标,实施了一系列的可持续发展举措,例如使用LED节能灯和再生雨水等绿色设计。

Wujiang FOHO is located close to some China’s most advanced infrastructure and is a 45-minute drive from Shanghai’s central business district, providing convenient access to one of the country’s most populous and affluent consumer bases.

乐歌吴江电子商务产业园所在地区里具有中国最先进的基础配套设施,距离上海中央商务区仅45分钟的车程,将为国内人口密度最大、消费能力最强的人群提供服务。

Commenting on China’s warehouse leasing market, Mr Cai said: “Given the insufficient supply of land for development in major markets, 3PLs are seeing the benefits of securing strategically located sites on a long-term basis. Many 3PLs are taking additional space to service their future pipeline as having readily available space is a real competitive advantage when bidding for new service contracts.”

The Wujiang FOHO park is one of several prime, development sites owned by LOGOS China Logistics Venture (LCLV), one of three ventures managed by LOGOS’ China business. The focus of these ventures is to acquire and develop prime logistics parks across China’s major urban markets.
