John Marsh is a co-founder of LOGOS and brings 30 years’ experience in the global property logistics industry. He has managed over 2,500,000sqm of logistics real estate, forging a worldwide network of relationships in property, commerce and industry.
Before establishing LOGOS, John helped build one of Australia’s leading industrial property groups and steered their fund management and development across the Asia Pacific. John also led property group Australand’s commercial development division across New South Wales and Queensland.

Trent Iliffe’ s property career spans 30 years and over US$2.7 billion in transactions. Before co-founding LOGOS, Trent was the regional director at LaSalle Investment Management, where he was responsible for industrial real estate investment in China and the Asia Pacific.
He negotiated joint ventures, development management, asset management and purchase agreements. Trent also established JLL’s China Industrial Business, leading 60 staff members in seven offices, transacting 260,000sqm of projects and increasing revenue by over 800 per cent. Trent’s career includes a highly successful tenure as the National Transaction Leader at Colliers International.

Stephen founded LOGOS’ Southeast Asia business in 2016 and brings over 30 years’ experience in chartered accounting and a transaction record exceeding US$2 billion.
Before joining LOGOS, Stephen was Head of Funds Management Asia for Goodman, where he established Ascendas-MGM Funds Management and pioneered the landmark listing of Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust (A-REIT). As the CEO of Macquarie Goodman Asia, Stephen led its expansion of funds management across properties in Asia and oversaw the establishment of a funds management platform at Boustead Projects.

Natalie is the Group Chief Corporate Officer & General Counsel at LOGOS and is responsible for managing a team of lawyers across the region, managing legal risk and compliance. She also oversees corporate operations, including health safety and environment, insurance, corporate affairs and people.
Natalie Allen brings to her position over 20 years’ experience in senior roles at Mirvac Group, Charter Hall Group and Macquarie Real Estate Capital, having worked extensively in real estate funds management, and corporate governance.

At LOGOS, Chin is responsible for the performance of the Group’s Singapore business.
Chin joined LOGOS in 2014. She has close to 20 years of extensive experience in the real estate sector across various asset classes including, industrial, commercial, and retail.
Chin draws on her experience across Asset and Investment Management, Leasing, Finance and Accounting and Property Management and have been involved in major acquisitions, large leasing transactions, setting up the Group’s Asset and Property operations, ESG and risk management.
Prior to joining LOGOS, Chin held senior positions at CBRE, Australand and Ernst & Young.

Darren joined LOGOS in 2018 and is responsible for leading the Group’s Australian and New Zealand team. With over 26 years’ experience in the logistics and industrial sector, Darren has helped grow the portfolio to A$16.3 billion of assets under management.
He has a focused approach to growing strategic regional relationships with valued customers from across Asia Pacific and North America regions, delivering bespoke solutions, while ensuring significant returns to capital partners.
Darren brings a wealth of knowledge to both customers and investors, having worked for leading international companies, including TOLL, ING Real Estate, Port of Melbourne, and CSR.

David has over 25 years’ experience in South East Asia with a transaction record exceeding US$1.5 billion.
Over the course of his career, David has collaborated with more than 160 industrial and logistics customers such as global MNCs DB Schenker, DHL, CEVA, Fedex, BMW, Tesco, LF Logistics, Pepsi and LaFarge as well as start-ups Zalora, Lazada, Ninjavan, aCommerce and Shopee. David has worked extensively in industrial and logistics real estate acquisitions, development, vehicle leasing and listed REITs.

Glenn’s property industry career spans 27 years and encompasses logistics, asset development and portfolio transactions.
Prior to joining LOGOS, Glenn held various executive roles in project development management and high-end consultancies for property and infrastructure investments, working for both private sector and government organisations in South East Asia, Australia and the Middle East. Glenn also led the establishment and growth of the capital project/infrastructure and real estate advisory practice for PwC Vietnam.

Mehul joined LOGOS’ India business at its establishment in August 2017. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in logistics real estate, investment management and international business management.
Mehul was a Director and CEO of Parekh Integrated Services, an integrated logistics and supply chain company with a revenue of US$200 million, which has a presence in over 70 cities across India. During his 18-year time with the business, he was responsible for creating and executing the company’s long-term strategy into logistics and supply chain value chain, raising capital, and expanding into newer markets.

Sung joined LOGOS in 2017 and is responsible for the overall operations of LOGOS’ Korea business including investment management, business development, development and other supporting functions. He brings over 18 years of experience in Asia Pacific real estate.
Prior to this role, Sung was Head of Funds Management for Korea and SE Asia at LOGOS, covering committed equity of US$2.1 billion across Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam. Prior to LOGOS, Sung held senior roles at IO Data Centers and Macquarie Capital based in Singapore and Hong Kong.

Vincent has built a 16-year career in real estate, investments and operations. He has closed over US$3 billion in transactions, covering debt and equity fundraising, asset sales, and joint venture initiatives.
Prior to joining LOGOS, Vincent held senior positions at CFLD International, Alam Sutera and Pacific Vantage Indonesia. He was also an investment banker at Merrill Lynch and a consultant at Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services.

Iain joined LOGOS in 2016 and has circa 20 years’ finance and accounting experience across Australia and the UK, with as a strong focus on tax structuring, financial and statutory reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and finance transformation.
Iain was previously the Head of Finance for the ANZ region within LOGOS and was the key finance lead on significant projects such as the acquisition of the sites at Moorebank & Mascot.

Before joining LOGOS, Cindy was Senior Vice President, Finance of OUE Limited, a SGX-listed real estate development, investment, and management company, and began her career at KPMG Singapore.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).
