Located in the Banwol-Siwha National Industrial Complex in Gyeonggi Province, approximately 50 minutes from Seoul CBD, the LOGOS Siheung Logistics Centre will comprise state-of-the-art dry and cold warehouse facilities when completed in early 2024.

The logistics centre was designed by one of Korea’s largest architecture firms to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold certification as well as to reflect optimized design requirements.

The site will offer approximately 100,000 sqm of GFA. Extensive highway infrastructure will connect the centre, located 5 km from the South Ansan Interchange on Pyeongtaek–Siheung Expressway (#153), providing access to Incheon and Gimpo airports and Western Seoul.
