ARA Asset Management enter into strategic transaction with LOGOS

Singapore, 12 December 2019 – ARA Asset Management Limited (ARA or the Group), through its subsidiary ARA Logistics Partners Limited, has entered into a strategic transaction with LOGOS Group1 (LOGOS) to establish a best-in-class logistics real estate development and investment management partnership in the Asia Pacific region.

As part of the transaction, the ARA Group will transfer its entire holdings in both Cache Logistics Trust (Cache) and ARA Trust Management (Cache) Limited, as manager of Cache (the Manager) to LOGOS. Upon completion, ARA will retain control of the Manager through LOGOS.
Subject to regulatory approvals, the deal is expected to complete by the first quarter of 2020.
